Operator-built systems
for the directors of the shopfloor.
Emprowa builds and owns B2B software for the people who run factories — designed by operators who have spent decades on the floor, not by SaaS founders who heard about Lean at a conference.
WHAT WE ARE
Our mission is to bridge the gap between high-level industrial strategy and shop-floor reality.
Built on three decades of operational excellence.
Emprowa AB was founded in Malmö in 2014 by Gösta Seuranen, bringing together over 25 years of deep industrial expertise. Following a ten-year tenure at Tetra Pak and five years at Efeso Consulting, Gösta has spent the last twelve years as a specialised Efeso contractor leading large-scale WCOM and TPM rollouts.
This expertise has been deployed across global operations for industry leaders, including:
- Pulp, Paper & Packaging
- Stora Enso · SCA · BillerudKorsnäs
- Food, Beverage & Consumer Goods
- FrieslandCampina · Heineken · Oatly · Nobia
- Healthcare
- Galderma

Our evolution: productising expertise.
After decades of traditional consultancy, we recognised that the greatest barrier to sustained excellence is the “knowledge gap” left behind when a consultant exits. To solve this, Emprowa has shifted from selling hours to providing digital operating systems.
We have distilled nearly three decades of grey-hair experience into specialised platforms designed to automate discipline and scale results.

Continuous improvement is a systems problem.
We build the systems that make it stick.
Operator-built, not consultant-built.
The founders of most "Lean software" never ran a kaizen on a real production line. We have. The tools reflect it — terminology, defaults, friction in the right places.
The discipline beats the dashboard.
Most plants don't fail because they lack a dashboard. They fail because the daily routines aren't written down, aren't shared, aren't owned. Our products encode the routines. The dashboards come second.
We sell software, not retainers.
We don't bill by the day. We don't sell projects. We sell software that pays back inside a quarter for an operator with a laptop and a problem.
